21  320x240 mpj044311000001 Sales Training Although most of our training interventions are bespoke, there are general themes that run through many of the courses and interventions we instigate as many businesses face similar challenges, especially in the current economic environment.

 

Two examples of such interventions were the work Terry Priestley (our MD // Skilled Helper) designed and delivered for Commercial Domestic Managers and Global Relationship Managers. Topics included:

All our interventions include attitudinal and behavioural work in addition to straightforward skills training. We include lots of activity (role plays, exercises and energisers) to generate involvement and to help embed learning. We always, always take into account our delegates preferred learning styles and are skilled in facilitating our workshops and courses to maximise delegate experience.
