We recently hosted an MBTI session for the National Account Managers of a major high street client. The brief was to help the team understand their different preferences, how to use these ‘differing gifts’ to best effect in pursuit of their objectives, and to enhance teamwork. Here’s the results! |

| Terry, I would like to commend you on your excellent delivery of the myers briggs based training course last month (November 09). Personally I found the experience very interesting and feedback from the team has been extremely positive. The learning and awareness of each individual’s own behaviour and attitude and how this can impact colleagues and clients alike was truly insightful and we all look forward to employing – I am sure this will benefit our business and importantly provide a useful tool for personal development now and in the future’.
